Aloeric Primary School

Welcome from the Headteacher

Dear Parents, Carers, Family & Friends,

I would like to wish you a very warm welcome to our school. We are a very happy team at Aloeric, with strong relationships between staff and pupils and between the school and the local community. We believe in putting the children at the heart of what we do and want to develop all aspects of every child as they travel through the school.

This year more than ever we are thankful for our strong and supportive team as we adapt to almost daily changes in our World. Over the last two years we have been reviewing our school, celebrating what makes it fantastic and making changes to ensure Aloeric grows from strength to strength, despite the devastation of the Covid 19 pandemic.

We are working together to develop an exciting curriculum, based on the needs and interests of the pupils, extend extra curricular opportunities, visits and sports and continue to develop our spacious grounds, playground and beautiful woodland area. Mental Health, safeguarding and wellbeing is priority for our pupils, the community and the adults that work within the school and we have an amazing Welfare team that supports the whole community, during this miost challenging of times.

There really is a fantastic welcoming atmosphere at Aloeric and we are fortunate to be working with wonderful children who inspire us to do more and become more. Infact inspiring us to make a difference every day - our school motto.

Our children only get one childhood and it is our aim to ensure that they leave Aloeric with lasting memories, good friendships and equipped with the essential skills to be successful as they move on. We underpin everything we do at our school through our Values:

We understand that Aloeric is at the heart of our Town's community and our children are at the heart of everything we do.

Come and join our adventure.
